The viral video has been circulating on social media, prompting netizens to note the similarity in tattoos between the man in the video and Bolanle Ninalowo.
Addressing the claims linking him to the video, the actor took to his Instagram page to dispel the speculation, affirming that he is not the person in the video, despite the resemblance in tattoos.
Bolanle emphasized his commitment to maintaining respect for himself, his family, and his fans, asserting that he would never engage in such behavior.
He said: “My ears are full already, everybody is calling me, people are commenting about on my page about a video that is circulating about a guy, doing his thing, having fun, enjoying himself. That is not Bolanle Ninalowo that is not Makanaki and I guess having a tattoo is now wahala, I don’t know but you guys should look at my tattoo, I saw the video and I understand that the guy does have a bang but common, I respect myself too much for that and I will never disappoint myself, my family or fans like that.
Displaying his tattoo for clarification, Bolanle stated, “That video is not me. Like I said this is my tattoo, you can look at it over and over again but hey things happen, that video is not me. Stop circulating this rumour, this negative thing about me, I am not the one in the video guys, please let this end.”
In the caption accompanying the video, Bolanle clarified further, addressing the misunderstanding and urging bloggers and the public to refrain from spreading false information.
He emphasized that upon closer inspection, differences in tattoo details, complexions, and physiques would confirm that he is not the individual in the video.
Sharing the video, he wrote: “There’s a video making rounds on social media of a gentleman pleasing himself, who has an arm tattoo similar to mine.
“At first glance, I understand why he’s being mistaken for me, but if you take a closer look, you’ll discover that the tattoo details, our complexions and physiques are completely different. I would like to kindly ask bloggers and the public to desist from spreading the lie. I am NOT the man in the video.
“Thank you for your continuous support to my brand. We are only going bigger and higher this year! #LovePeaceAndLight Maka 🖤.”
