The attack led to the death of Tari Moses Gbaja, commonly known as T Boy, a youth leader.
The incident, which occurred on Wednesday, February 28 at about 9 pm also witnessed the kidnapping of businessman Nnamani Albert and Tabitha Dauda Musa, the wife of the leading pastor at Christ-Elect Revival Mission.
It was gathered that the gunmen left several residents injured.
Efforts to obtain comments from the police regarding the incident were unsuccessful as of the time of filing this report.
