“Nigerians Don Wise, If You Sing Rubbish Dem Go Clear You” – Peruzzi Shades Wizkid

Nigerian singer, Peruzzi has stirred up controversy on social media with a post that seems to throw some shade towards fellow music star, Wizkid.

In a post shared on his X page, Peruzzi hinted that Nigerians are becoming more discerning about the music they listen to.

The singer suggested that if an artist doesn’t meet expectations, people won’t hesitate to call them out.

He wrote: “Nigerians Don Wise. If You Sing Rubbish, Dem Go Clear You. Ordinary Snippet, Dem Go Don Dey Warn You. Clearly Time For Some Real Sweet Music. Do Your Homework Or Comot Body Era.

His mention of a “teaser” stirring up attention among listeners added fuel to the speculation that he was referring to recent releases by Wizkid.

Given the timing of Peruzzi’s comments and the ongoing tensions between the two artists, many are interpreting his words as a direct dig at Wizkid.

KanyiDaily recalls that a few weeks ago, social media went wild when Wizkid and Davido engaged in a heated exchange online.

It all started when Wizkid shared a viral video of Davido crying and begging an American model on his knees.

Davido fired back at Wizkid, accusing him of being a sick man and woman beater, which sparked a back-and-forth between them.
