In a viral video, Ibrahim Chatta, at his film village in Oyo State, explained that he had fired the staff twice before but rehired him after his mother pleaded.
The actor alleged that the staff stabbed his pregnant horse while trying to capture it, even though the horse is known to be gentle and obedient.
Calling it animal cruelty, Chatta threatened to arrest the staff unless social media users intervened.
The remorseful staff, seen kneeling and held by two men, begged for forgiveness, stressing that he is fatherless and only depends on his mother.
Ibrahim Chatta expressed his anger, stating, “You are using God to beg me, even God hates this. It is a sin against God.
“This is a very gentle horse, and I think she is pregnant. She is very gentle, and she doesn’t argue. But there is one of my stupīd workers; I have told people to hold him.
“This is animal cruelty. If people on social media say I should leave you and you shouldn’t go to police station, I would let you go”, he added.
The actor threatened to arrest and detain his staff, ensuring no one could bail him out from the police station.
