Justin Timberlake was pulled over and arrested Monday night in Sag Harbor, according to ABC News.
It was gathered that the 43-year-old singer was set to be arraigned Tuesday morning on DUI charges.
Police in Sag Harbor, where the arrest took place, were not available for comment, but a Sag Harbor Justice Court official confirmed that Timberlake faces DWI charges.
Sources told TMZ that Timberlake had been partying with friends at American Hotel on Main Street before driving off around 12:30 a.m. and running a stop sign.
Police stopped him and conducted a field sobriety test, which he failed, but he refused to take a breathalyzer test, TMZ reported.
His friends tried to persuade the officers to let him go, but Justin Timberlake was handcuffed and taken into custody.
The singer remains in custody and is expected to appear in court Tuesday morning.
TMZ sources said the arrest was captured on bodycam footage.
Timberlake has concerts scheduled in Chicago this weekend and in New York City next week, according to his website.
