Sister Of Abuja Cab Driver Accused By Daniella Peters Denies Kidnap Allegations [Video]

The sister of Abuja cab driver accused by Big Brother Naija star Daniella Peters of kidnapping has come forward to explain what happened.

KanyiDaily recalls that Daniella Peters had claimed that she booked an Indrive ride in Abuja and felt uncomfortable shortly after it started because of the driver’s suspicious behavior.

The reality star claimed that when she asked the driver to stop, he locked the doors and sped up.

She said she managed to open the door and jumped out of the moving car, while the driver drove off.

Daniella urged her followers to repost her story for justice, stating she was shaken by the incident.

However, the driver’s sister identified as Precious Vince, has shared her brother’s version of events.

According to him, Daniella wanted to get out of the car but jumped out before he could brake, causing a misunderstanding.

Precious is upset with Daniella for spreading what she says is a false story and has threatened legal action.

Taking to her X page, she explained that her brother reported to the police, but Daniella was unavailable to talk.

The driver’s sister said that when her brother returned to the station, he was detained without explanation.

Precious expressed her frustration on social media, claiming the police detained her brother without properly investigating and suggested that connections may have influenced the decision.

She tweeted, “I don’t know who to talk to on here because I am not popular but I believe justice will prevail. My brother has gone to report at the station please ask her to go and respond because they called her and she said she cannot talk. TRAUMATIZED right? Okay! @lollypeezle help

“Update guys! So earlier today in the afternoon I asked my brother to go make a complaint at the police station which he did. They called @DaniellaUPeters and she said she is not available to talk till Monday.

“My brother left. Only for the police station to call him this evening that he should come because her parents are at the station. I asked my brother to go with his lawyer which he did. I have been trying to communicate with him to no avail. Only for his friend to reach out to me saying HE HAS BEEN DETAINED!

“That the DPO of Police sign post to came out and said they should detain him and left. Please I don’t have anyone but I want to know on what grounds he was detained because this looks like they already made a decision before he came cos they know somebody? because they know people?

“He reported for her to be invited and questioned and they didn’t even do the needful and detained him? I can’t breathe! GOD!!!!!”

She added, “@DaniellaUPeters had every right to be scared or traumatized or whatever she is feeling right now. IT IS VALID! What isn’t valid is “LIBEL” and that is what I am on about, for those saying I do not have a point. HE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO KIDNAP HER!!!

Taking to her Instagram page, Precious emphasized that while Daniella has the right to feel scared, her brother is not a kidnapper and does not deserve to be falsely accused.

She stated that her family is suffering because of the false accusations and stressed the importance of using social media platforms responsibly to avoid defamation.

The driver’s sister wrote, “Good morning everyone. I am not saying @daniellapeters_official didn’t jump out of the car or supporting anything but u am standing on BUSINESS.

“My brother is NOT A KIDNAPPER and will never be. I don’t know what happens in your family so please do not project it unto mine.

“So, if your family member is falsely accused, join hands with the accused and penalize him. We don’t do that here.

“Yes they had an altercation but KIDNAPPER? Nah fam. That didn’t happen.

“My aunt is currently hospitalized from shock. I hope everyone gets justice. Na poor we poor, we no kee person!!!”
