Court Document Reveals P Diddy Paid $1 Million For Tupac’s Assassination

American rapper, Sean Combs, popularly known as P Diddy, has been implicated in the assassination of his late colleague, Tupac Shakur.

New court documents claimed the Bad Boys Records boss paid $1 million to have Tupac Shakur killed on September 7, 1996.

In the papers filed on July 18, 2024, Diddy’s name appeared over 77 times by his various pseudonyms: Puffy, Puff Daddy, Puff and his government name, Sean Combs.

The key suspect Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis, arrested last year in connection with Tupac’s murder, stated that Diddy funded the assassination, according to documents obtained by U.S. Sun.

The documents highlighted the well-known rivalry between Diddy’s Bad Boy Records and Tupac’s Death Row Records, owned by Marion “Suge” Knight.

Keefe told law enforcement that Diddy paid another gangster, Eric Von Martin, to kill Tupac.

After the assassination, Diddy reportedly asked Keefe if their gang was responsible, to which Keefe proudly confirmed.

“Sean Combs reaches out to Defendant wondering if South Side Crips were responsible for Shakur’s death by asking, ‘Is that us?’,” court records showed.

“Defendant, beaming with pride, answers, ‘Yes’.”

Keefe shared this information under the belief he had immunity from prosecution, which backfired and could now be used against him.

The suspect admitted that the conspiracy to murder Tupac involved himself, Eric ‘Zip’ Martin, and Diddy.

Defendant( Keefe) asserted that the conspiracy to commit the murder began in California between Defendant, Eric ‘Zip’ Martin, and Sean Combs,” court filings stated

Keefe also told LA police that his nephew, Orlando ‘Baby Lane’ Anderson, was the one who shot Tupac, providing detailed narration of the event.

Keefe asserted he wasn’t trying to implicate others, but court records indicate he suggested Diddy paid for the killing. When asked if Diddy paid for the hit, Keefe confirmed with a “Yeah.”

Orlando ‘Baby Lane’ Anderson popped the dude (Tupac), narrating in detail how his nephew “leaned over, rolled down the window, and popped them.

“Defendant [Keefe] has asserted publicly that he only told on himself and wasn’t trying to provide evidence against anyone else in his conversations with police.

“However, this statement belies this claim, as he suggested that Sean Combs paid Eric Von Martin a million dollars for the killings,” the court records stated.

When police questioned him, asking, “When you said paid, paid by Puffy, right?” Keefe responded with a “Yeah,” court records showed.

Keefe said Diddy told him and a group of about 45 people how he “would give anything” for Knight’s “head” because he was “scared” of him and also had a problem with Shakur after he had released a diss track about him.

Reflecting on his involvement, Keefe lamented, “I wish I never met Puff Daddy, period. I swear to God…He messed up my life, man. I was, I was rich, up under the radar, all that, man…it’s all gone.”

Prosecutors filed these documents to oppose Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis’ latest bail request.

Last month, his $112,500 bail bond was rejected due to concerns about the source of the money.

It remains unclear if Diddy will be subpoenaed or indicted as part of the case.

KanyiDaily recalls that a woman, April Lampros recently filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her.
