Abducted Zamfara Pastor And Daughter Begs Remi Tinubu To Help Them Regain Freedom

Pastor Isa Andrew, the chaplain of All Saints Police Protestant Church in Gusau, and his 13-year-old daughter Grace have been kidnapped by bandits.

In a video, the pastor and his daughter appealed to First Lady Oluremi Tinubu and other Nigerians for help to secure their release.

The kidnappers are demanding an additional N6 million, two Boxer motorcycles, and one Honda motorcycle by next Thursday or they will marry off the daughter.

The pastor and Grace were abducted from their home in Gusau on July 14, 2024, and have been held captive for about four weeks.

Pastor Andrew said his family already paid N6 million after selling everything they had and receiving help from kind people, but the kidnappers want more.

It was gathered that the kidnappers demanded N60 million, but the pastor’s wife negotiated it down to N6 million.

The cleric said that his daughter is being mistreated and his own health, worsened by diabetes, is deteriorating in captivity.

Meanwhile, Hon. Joan Onyemaechi, a former member of the House of Representatives, has been released by her kidnappers.
