In a video that went viral, Portable commented on the ongoing nationwide protest that started on August 1st.
He criticized those who reminded him of his participation in the EndSARS protest years ago, saying he only joined because he was poor at the time.
Portable claimed that most protesters are poor and lazy, and they are protesting because they have no jobs. He urged them to fight for themselves instead.
The singer said, “You don’t have work. That’s why you’re protesting. Fight for yourself. Pøor man thinking is protest. Most of the end bad governance protesters are pøor and lazy people.
“Lazy people are the ones that are the more at the protest ground. If you see work, will do you it? You are there shouting ‘End Bad governance’.
“They should end bad people too. Is it the government that steals the tyres and vandalize the cars of people?”
KanyiDaily recalls that Portable recently took to social media to show off his new car following his return from America.
