Omotola Jalade’s Son Denies Asking Destiny Etiko To Return His Father’s Alleged Birthday Car Gift

Captain Ekeinde, a Nigerian singer and the oldest child of Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade, has denied confronting Destiny Etiko, his mother’s colleague.

Ahead of Destiny Etiko’s birthday on August 12, rumors began spreading online that she received a luxury car as a birthday gift from Omotola’s husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, a well-known Nigerian pilot.

These rumors intensified, with some blogs even suggesting that Omotola knew about the alleged “friendship” between Destiny and her husband, which reportedly started years ago when their pictures together went viral.

The gossip escalated further when a supposed screenshot started circulating, allegedly showing Captain Ekeinde’s son expressing his disapproval of the rumored relationship between Destiny and his father.

The screenshot claimed that the pilot’s son, also named Captain E, demanded Destiny Etiko return the car gift.

On Sunday, Captain E addressed the rumors on his official X account, telling people not to believe the lies.

Omotola’s son clarified that the scandalous report was entirely made up by those who enjoy creating drama.

He stressed that he would never be involved in such nonsense, humorously noting that he is too laid-back to be caught up in such a situation.

Captain E wrote: “Just saw a blog post about me and all l can say is don’t believe everything you read online…As in, someone like me that is unproblematic

KanyiDaily recalls that Omotola Jalade celebrated her 28th wedding anniversary with her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde.
