In another video, the singer compared himself to billionaire Aliko Dangote, saying those who go on protest are poor and lazy people.
His remarks angered many fans and within 12 hours of posting the video, Portable lost 100,000 Instagram followers, as reported by a popular blog.
Fans had warned they would unfollow him, and many did. More fans have promised to unfollow him if he continues to make such statements.
