A national grid collapse had caused a widespread power outage across the country late Monday.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) revealed that areas such as Deidei, Suleja, Lugbe, and Kuje had their power restored around 5:15 am on Tuesday.
The AEDC had informed its customers about the power disruption, explaining that it was due to the grid collapse.
In a statement posted on its Twitter account on Monday, the company confirmed that the grid failure occurred at around 6:58 pm.
It assured customers that they were working with relevant parties to restore power as soon as the grid was stable.
This comes comes two months after the National Grid collapsed for the fifth time this year, causing blackouts in many areas in the country.
