Nigerian activist, VeryDarkMan has revealed that renowned music producer Don Jazzy donated the sun of the N100 million to his Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO).

VeryDarkMan took to Instagram on October 17 to share his shock and gratitude after discovering the identity of the generous benefactor.

Earlier, VeryDarkMan had raised concerns when he received an unexpected N100 million donation to his NGO, bringing the account balance to N170 million.

Unsure of where the funds came from, he had appealed to the public and Zenith Bank to help him identify the source, stressing that he was not involved in any fraudulent activity.

After reaching out to various contacts with no success, VeryDarkMan finally received a message from Don Jazzy,, confirming that he was the one who made the donation.

The message reads: “Morning bro. Just saw your post. Na me send 100m to support. I believe in what you are doing and trust you to be as transparent as you have always been. We really need that in our country. I wish you all the best with the project and more blessings to you. E no easy.”

In disbelief, VeryDarkMan shared a video showing the message and the transaction receipt, expressing his immense gratitude for Don Jazzy’s unexpected act of kindness.

The activist explained that the NGO aims to improve education for children in public primary schools who lack access to quality teachers.

He emphasized the importance of providing a strong educational foundation for these children while also creating job opportunities for graduates who would work as teachers.

The organization was launched on July 12, 2024, and within just a few days, VDM had raised N170 million, thanks in large part to Don Jazzy’s contribution.

In an emotional video, VeryDarkMan thanked Don Jazzy and prayed for his continued blessings, sharing a heartfelt message:

This is the person that sent my NGO the 100 million naira: TILL NOW I CAN’T BELIEVE IT… ONE HUNDRED MILLION NAIRA left an account just like that. As you have supported this cause to bring better basic education for our public schools’ children, may God bring long life and good health to you and your household. I sincerely have a lot to say to you, sadly I can’t even express the joy I feel inside. GOD BLESS YOU BROS. Please join me to say a prayer for him. ❤️ #RATELMOVEMENT.”
