“Only Weak & Jealous Person Criticizes Family In Public” – Yul Edochie Slams Brother Linc

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has hit back at his elder brother, Linc Edochie, for discussing their family issues publicly.

Linc Edochie recently revealed in an interview with Kanayo O. Kanayo on the K.O.K Live podcast that he advised Yul to keep his marriage with his second wife, Judy Austin, off social media.

The actor revealed he had urged his younger brother to handle the situation privately instead of showcasing it online, but Yul didn’t take kindly to this advice.

Reacting on his Instagram page, Yul Edochie criticized his brother for offering marital advice despite his own failed marriage.

The movie star went further, accusing Linc of “airing their dirty laundry” and making their private matters public.

Using Afrobeats superstar Davido and his uncle Ademola Adeleke as an example, Yul emphasized the importance of family unity, saying that no matter the issues, families should work things out privately.

He urged his followers to resist the influence of outsiders who might push them to criticize family members publicly, calling it a sign of weakness and jealousy.

Yul reminded people that no one needs to impress the public, as trying to satisfy everyone can be exhausting and destructive.

He encouraged his followers to stand by their personal decisions without worrying about external judgment and to protect family bonds regardless of outside pressures.

He wrote, “Never castigate your family in public. “ Never. That’s the sign of a weak person.

“Since you don’t know, let me educate you. You no dey see Davido and his uncle? Once you see them in public they are hugging, dancing and happy.

“Any matter wey dey na inside house dem dey treat am .Don’t let haters push you into castigating your family. That’s a sign of weakness and jealousy. Family matter na inside house dem dey treat am.

“The stupid person that sat you down to discuss your family, tell him to discuss his own family first.

“You’re not here to impress anybody. Trying to impress everyone will kill you before your time and people will move on. You must take the decision that will keep you alive.

“A man has his reasons for everything. Don’t stay where you will die just so you can impress people. That’s foolishness.

“And when you take decisions you stand by it .Leave people to talk. e no concern you. So when people ask you about your family, tell them to mind their business.

“Great people don’t castigate their family, their brother, sister, parents, children, etc in public. Na small minded people dey do am. No matter the pressure. Family stays together.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Yul Edochie recently advised single ladies not to wait for their partners to propose if it’s taking too long.
