The trio secured landing spots among the most-streamed Nigerian artists on YouTube Music for the first quarter of 2025.
According to data from Debut Hub, Nathaniel Bassey earned 52.8 million streams, Mercy Chinwo followed with 46.4 million, and Moses Bliss came in with 41.5 million streams between January and March.
Mercy Chinwo’s hit song “Excess Love” continues to shine with a massive 133 million total streams, while Nathaniel Bassey’s top tracks include “Yahweh Sabaoth” (25 million), “TOBECHUKWU” featuring Mercy Chinwo (39 million), and “Jesus Iye” (32 million).
In the bigger picture, Afrobeats star Rema held onto the top spot, pulling in 223 million streams during the period. His global smash “Calm Down” featuring Selena Gomez has now crossed an incredible 2.5 billion views.
Other major names like Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid, and Ayra Starr also ranked high on the list of most-streamed Nigerian artists in Q1 2025.
