In a viral video, the victim, who appears to have swelling bruises on her arm – allegedly inflicted from a ‘Koboko’ used by the unidentified soldiers – can be seen pouring her heart out in front of the officers.

She said the incident happened yesterday evening when she was walking down the road, and didn’t notice the military presence until one of them ran after her and flogged her mercilessly.

The lady said that when the soldiers were confronted by some passersby, they unapologetic admitted to flogging her because she failed to show courtesy by greeting them.
