Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Queen Mercy Atang has taken to social media to share her thought on the controversial topic of whose duty it is to pay transport fare.

In a post shared on her Instagram story, the reality star said that it is embarrassing for women to ask for transport fare from men after visiting them, unless they’re very familiar with the person.
Queen, who noted that transport fare should never be a problem for them, compared the situation to that of the opposite sex, saying it would be ridiculous if a man demands such after visiting a woman.
She wrote, ”My girls, transport fare should never be a problem. It’s even embarrassing to ask… If a guy comes visiting and requests transport fare you know how ridiculous it would seem, you’ll even gist your girls about it. You can only ask someone you’re very familiar with…”
