The former Chelsea and Manchester United midfielder was suspended for the game against Spezia on Sunday and was replaced by Salvatore Foti.

However, at full time, Mourinho strolled around the pitch at the Stadio Olimpico.
Mourinho pointed to the pitch during an engagement with a group of Roma fans, which supporters perceived as a sign that he will continue at the club for another season.
With their victory over Spezia, Roma finished sixth in Serie A and qualified for the Europa League.
