A Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi, popularly known as Chef Dammy, has turned into an overnight celebrity following her 120 hours cook-a-thon in Ekiti State.
KanyiDaily recalls that Chef Dammy has been in the spotlight after she embarked on a 120-hour cook-a-thon which kicked off on Friday, June 9, and ended on Wednesday, June 14.
In a new video circulating on social media, the Ekiti-based chef was seen heading out for an event with a security detail, sparking widespread discussion across online platforms.
The video showed the moment she walked out of a building and a police escort opened the car door for her to hop in.
The 22 years old has been engaging with the media since completing her cooking marathon in a bid to break a Guinness World Record, which is currently held by Hilda Baci.
The chef announced that she intends to officially break the world record by cooking for 150 hours, surpassing Hilda’s record for the longest cooking time of 93 hours and 11 minutes.
