According to a leak, Cristiano Ronaldo has slipped to his lowest rating in 16 years ahead of the official release of EA Sports FC 24 later this month.
The latest installment in the popular genre will be published on consoles and PCs on September 29.
Kylian Mbappe, Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland, and Alexia Putellas all received ratings of 91, knocking Messi out of top place, according to Mail Online.
The Argentine great, who joined Inter Miami from Paris Saint-Germain, is one of eight players to receive a 90 overall rating.

Sam Kerr, Robert Lewandowski, Harry Kane, Karim Benzema, Aitana Bonmati, Thibaut Courtois, and Caroline Graham Hansen are also on the same number.
Messi has been ranked 90 or below for over a decade, dating back to FIFA 11, but he remains one of the best cards to draw in the game.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo has received his lowest rating in 16 years. Despite his triumph in Saudi Arabia, the Al-Nassr frontman will begin with an 86 overall.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Neymar, Casemiro, Virgil van Dijk, Ruben Dias, Alex Morgan, Alisson, and Ada Hegerberg are also in the top 20 for EA FC 24.
EA, on the other hand, has yet to make a formal announcement on the final ratings and stat distributions.
