Nigerian singer and media personality, Yhemo Lee has publicly appealed to Nigerians to stop comparing him to convicted internet fraudster, Hushpuppi.

This plea comes after a viral video showcased Yhemo Lee generously sharing showering people with bundles of cash, gaining praise on social media.

However, some netizens began drawing comparisons between him and the infamous Hushpuppi, known for his lavish lifestyle and involvement in scams.

Yhemo Lee, concerned about the potential risks associated with such comparisons, pleaded with people not to endanger him by linking him to Hushpuppi.

In a post shared on his Twitter page, now known as X, Yhemo Lee claimed that Hushpuppi was a bigger figure, dressing that he works in a beer parlor and emphasized his plea to avoid trouble at his “small age.”

He wrote, “Abeg make una stop to Dev compare me with Hushpuppi Abeg. Na so una Dey let person quick @e.. Shey from this my beer parlor work na him una Dey take talk this one.
