Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., aka Shatta Wale, a Ghanaian dancehall singer, has revealed that his biggest regret in life is not becoming a lawyer.
Despite being a successful multi-award-winning musician, the self-proclaimed “African Dancehall King” stated that he does not feel fulfilled.
In a recent interview with BBC’s Stefania Okereke, he revealed this.
Shatta Wale stated, “My biggest regret in life is that I didn’t become a lawyer.”

He stated that he is still thinking about becoming a lawyer “when I make enough money.” I’m a successful musician, but I always wanted to be a lawyer.”
He went on to say that he is a “nice guy,” but that many people do not see him that way.
