Justice Tijjani Abubakar, in a Tuesday verdict, deemed the motion unnecessary and vexatious, leading the Supreme Court to dismiss it for lack of merit.
The Supreme Court imposed a cost of N40 million against Mike Ozekhome for initiating the case, as announced in the ruling.
