Real Madrid has identified Napoli attacker Victor Osimhen as an alternative to Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.
According to Football Transfers, the Mbappe transfer saga has sparked an internal conflict at the LaLiga club.
Some Madrid board members oppose signing Mbappe, who will be a free agency in June.
They believe that Osimhen is more suited to the club’s style of play.
In addition, Osimhen’s new contract has a €130 million (£113 million/$144 million) release clause, making the deal more uncomplicated.
Chelsea and Arsenal are also keeping eyes on the 25-year-old, but if an offer arises from Los Blancos, the Super Eagles attacker may choose to transfer to Spain next season.
Kanyidaily recalls that Napoli released Victor Osimhen for 2023 AFCON.
