Bianca Censori, the wife of American rapper Kanye West, faces potential legal consequences, including imprisonment or a €15,000 fine, for pushing the boundaries of exhibitionism in Paris.
During a public appearance with Kanye, Bianca, 29, made a bold statement by going underwear-free beneath sheer stockings, showcasing her most explicit outfit to date.
The explicit outfit garnered attention as she made no effort to conceal her genitals or bare backside, with onlookers rushing to capture the moment.
Bianca Censori also did not appear to be wearing a shirt or bra under a cropped fur coat as she returned to the Ritz Hotel with hoodie-clad Kanye after enjoying dinner at Ferdi.
While Bianca is known for pushing boundaries with her public displays, her latest act may land her in trouble with French authorities if found in violation of decency laws.
Under Article 222-32 of the penal code, deliberate sexual display in public can result in up to one year in prison and a fine of €15,000.
However, the law distinguishes nudity from indecency, excluding naturists in designated areas from prosecution.
This isn’t the first time Bianca has courted controversy during holidays. Last year in Italy, she risked a €10,000 fine and imprisonment for walking “virtually naked” in public spaces.
Italian law stipulates fines from €5,000 to €10,000 and potential imprisonment of four months to four years for indecent exposure, especially near places frequented by minors.
Italian locals branded Bianca’s outfits as ‘disrespectful’ on social media, with some saying the ‘immodest’ couple are no longer welcome in a country known for its conservative Catholic heritage.
Bianca’s representatives and the French embassy are yet to comment on the latest controversy trailing her outfit in Paris.
KanyiDaily recalls that Kanye West recently addressed those criticising him for posting racy photos and videos of his wife, Bianca Censori.
