Nigerian rapper, Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, commonly known as Olamide, has declared his role as a leader rather than a boss.
In a recent interview, the rapper highlighted that he does not identify with the term ‘Boss’, stating that it is absent from his dictionary.
Olamide expressed his viewpoint of considering those around him as family rather than subordinates.
He articulated his belief in the responsibilities of a leader, emphasizing the importance of guiding and facilitating the success of others.
“The word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary, cause I see everybody around me like brothers. my sisters and all that it is not about me being a boss but a leader, the role of a leader is to lead so that other people can move ahead and progress in life,” the rapper said.
