Nigerian transgender, Bobrisky has sparked reactions online following his presence at Ikeja Mall cinema for a meet and greet event associated with the movie ‘Ajakaju’.
This comes after industry insiders criticized Bobrisky for receiving the ‘Best Dressed Female’ accolade at the movie’s premiere on March 24th at Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos.
Adding fuel to the fire, street singer Portable released a diss track titled “Brotherhood,” taking aim at Bobrisky.
A recent video surfaced online capturing Bobrisky’s arrival at Ikeja City Mall for the meet and greet session with fans eager to catch a glimpse of the transgender at the movie event.
In the video, Bobrisky alighted from his SUV and was greeted at the entrance by the movie’s producer, Eniola Ajao. Together, they navigated through the crowd and used an escalator to access the cinema premises.
Bobrisky, adorned in a daring brown coffee jumpsuit, attracted a lot of male and female fans who eagerly sought photos and videos with him.
Eniola Ajao was seen closely accompanying Bobrisky, seemingly as a protective measure amid the enthusiastic crowd.
Despite some people previously criticizing Bobrisky on social media, many fans couldn’t contain their excitement upon his arrival, chanting “Mummy of Lagos” as they clamored for his attention.
This prompted mixed reactions, with some observers questioning the inconsistency between fans’ reactions in person and their online condemnations of the controversial figure.
