An accountant who worked at Emure Local Government was shot to death by unknown gunmen in Ekiti State.
According to reports, he was trailed and shot to death at close range by the armed men alleged to be robbers along Ogbese Ikere road yesterday Wednesday, January 2, 2018.
The corpse of the deceased has been evacuated and deposited at the mortuary.
The residents of Ekiti are calling on the government to step up security in the state due to the incessant killings.
