A performer wowed the crowd in Beijing with a less-than-appetizing snake act, putting the heads of live reptiles in his mouth during a festival for theChinese new year, called ‘Lunar Festivals’ to commemorate the year of the snake.

The Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, began on Sunday, marking the start of the Chinese zodiac’s year of the snake.
