Kris Jenner Reacts With Shock And Heartbreak Over Son Rob Kardashian’s Secret Engagement

Many were shocked to find out that Rob Kardashian had popped the question to his girlfriend of three months back in April. And his mom Kris Jenner was just as stunned as everyone else when she found out the news.

The 60-year-old momager’s reaction to her only son’s engagement news was captured on camera as a clip from an upcoming Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode was released by E! today.

Kris could be seen tapping away on her mobile on a shopping trip with friend Sheila Kolker as she found out Rob and fiancee Blac Chyna’s big news on social media.

The mother-of-six said:

‘I guess Rob got engaged last night.’

Shiela, just like Kris, seems to be entirely shocked by the news as she queries:

‘Are you alright?’

The reality star answers candidly as she said:

‘No that’s why we’re just wandering.’

In a confessional Kris elaborates:

‘I wake up to a gazillion text messages, which is never good news.  

‘And I’m reading through them and realize Rob got engaged last night, he got engaged! And it’s sorta coming out of left field, I think I’m just in shock.’

Rob got engaged to Blac Chyna who is Rob’s sister Kylie Jenner’s ex boyfriend’s baby mama…lol . Her picture when you continue….

Her gal pal asks Kris how Rob told her and she was obviously hurt as she replied:

‘He didn’t. It was just all over the internet. He asked for her mom’s hand in marriage and he’s never even mentioned it to us.’

She’s asked if shes going to phone him as Kris said:

‘No I’m not going to call him. I didn’t do anything to him except give him an amazing life.’

The mother of Kim Kardashian seemed to be absolutely heartbroken as she added in the confessional:

‘To hear that Rob got engaged through social media is a bit disappointing to say the least. 

He should’ve told me first or even talked to the family about it or mentioned it to his sisters, but I had no idea.’

In early April, 28-year-old model Chyna prompted speculation he had popped the question after posting a photo of herself on Instagram flashing a huge diamond ring said to be worth $325k on her wedding finger as she captioned the image with the word: ‘YES!’.

Ten hours later, she shared a video of her new bling on Instagram writing:

‘I’m so blessed and honored to have good man in my life, I love you @robkardashian ! #7carats #VVS @benballer.’ 

Things have gotten even more serious since the engagement as Rob and Chyna announced that they were expecting back in May.
