Porn star Stormy Daniels says she feels sorry for United States President Donald Trump after months of angry back-and-forth between the two, Ms Daniels has revealed the reason she holds some sympathy for the controversial President.
The 39-year-old porn star alleges she had a sexual encounter with Mr Trump when he was the host of Celebrity Apprentice back in 2006 at a golf tournament, an accusation he has heavily denied.
She claims he invited her back to his penthouse where she assumed they would be having dinner. Instead, the adult film actress says she left the penthouse hungry after what she describes as ‘the least impressive sex she’s ever had’.
The pair then allegedly stayed in contact for a year and a half, according to Daniels, before the relationship fizzled.
In a tell-all interview with Channel Nine’s 60 Minutes, Ms Daniels is asked by host Liz Hayes whether she hates Donald Trump who constantly calls her a liar.
She told Hayes she doesn’t like Mr Trump, but doesn’t hate him either, saying her feelings for him are ‘conflicted’. The biggest revelation from the interview came after she was asked whether she felt sorry for the president. After a long pause, she said she did.
‘He’s in a position he’s unprepared to be in and he’s struggling with it and that’s difficult for anyone,’ she said.
‘But at the same time, you know, he continues to make bad choices and continues to treat people like s**t.’
Ms Daniels confirmed she is pursuing legal action against the president, claiming she wants him to be judged like ‘anyone else would be’.
