The vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi appears to be the most favored speaker in the Vice-Presidential debate on Friday, December 14, 2018.
Yesterday night, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the five candidates contesting for vice presidency in the 2019 election had a debate which was organized by the Nigeria Elections Debate Group (NEDG) and the Broadcasting Organisations of Nigeria (BON).
During the debate, an intense argument between the contesters focused on the impact subsidization has had on the nation, how to rescue Nigeria out of the difficult economic problem, the issue of corruption among others.
In many Twitter posts, Obi Peter seems to have standout among four other candidates including Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.
Peter Obi’s comments during the debate are receiving more positive reactions compared to others.
BREAKING NEWS: We can not accept the outcome of today's debate. PDP vice presidential candidate, Peter Obi has seen virtually all the questions before the time.

Osinbajo keeps taking about 16 years of PDP and forgets Lagos has had 19 years of his party APC.

V.P Osinbajo has no come back on the subsidy section of the debate. The candidates clearly flawed @ProfOsinbajo on the topic. #2019debate

.@ProfOsinbajo should have told the public what they have done and what they intend to do. By basing his strategy on the false narrative of 16 years of PDP rot, Osinbajo has shown that he is stuck in 2015 while @PeterObi is not just up to today, he is up to tomorrow #2019Debate

If you need a striker in a shootout match, you'll settle for a Rashidi-like striker, Peter Obi.

As governor, goto HP and ask, I bought the highest number computers (30,000) more than any government in Africa. This was part of the contributions I made that took Anambra state from No 28 to No 1 in WAEC.
