Like most Nigerians who are expressing their disappointment about the postponement of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) some hours to the presidential and national assembly polls on Saturday, some of your favorites celebrities have followed suit and taken up their social media account to voice their opinion.
Davido thinks there is no reason to panic following the postponement of the Election because a similar incident occurred in 2015, under the former president, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who blamed security challenges as a reason for putting the elections of that year on hold.
The last President did the same no cause for alarm 😏 To God be the glory .. Delay is not denial pic.twitter.com/3HkwjGP5jM

Uche Jombo expressed disappointment and wondered why INEC had to wait till the evening of election day to announce the postponement, she noted that International observers and corps members have already invested so much in the elections.
This is very disappointing @inecnigeria
International observers are in Nigeria, youth corpers assigned to you are sleeping on floor ,people travelled to vote, budget spent, Its been 4years in the making yet you waited till today.. election day to postpone it🤦🏿♀️

Adesuwa Etomi Welington, whose husband, Banky W, is in the race for the House of Representatives(Eti Osa constituency) seat under Modern Democratic Party(MDP) hopes that the postponement would ignite Nigerians more than ever to troupe out in mass to vote on the said date and take the nation back.
I hope this annoys people enough to come out to vote on the 23rd of February and 9th of march. I hope this postponement lights a fire in their souls and makes them see…more than ever…that we must take our nation back.

Banky W who is contesting for a seat in parliament to represent the Eti-Osa constituency at the Federal House of Representatives under Modern Democratic Party (MDP), recognized the youths as persons deserving sympathies for a strenuous way of passing the night. As well as other people whose plans might have been disrupted by the election postponement.
While we are all frustrated, please spare a thought for people who are most affected by the postponement… like our corpers who had to spend the night in terrible sleeping conditions, people who had weddings or other milestone occasions planned, etc. May God help us all.
