The Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) has arrested thugs from Edo State allegedly sent Akwa Ibom State by the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole to work for the former Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio and the APC Guber candidate in Akwa Ibom State, Nsima Ekere, ahead of Saturday’s election.
This was made known by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) via their Twitter handle with alleged video evidence that shows the thugs lying down after being stripped-off their tops by the men filming them.
According to the unverified video, the person talking behind it alleged that the thugs were sent by Oshiomhole to work for APC and caused trouble in Uyo, the state capital, adding that four buses had already arrived the state before the twelve were stopped and those in it were apprehended.
