Following the recent xenophobic attacks on foreign black people in South Africa, truckers from several African countries have barred South African truck drivers from crossing its borders.
In several video circulating on social media, the drivers who blocked some South African truckers from crossing their border said it was their way of responding to the Xenophobic attacks in South Africa.
South African truckers would not be allowed to cross the borders of Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Tanzania, Mozambique, Congo, others.
In one of the video, the men said South African drivers would henceforth park their trucks at the borders or hire a native driver to drive into their country.
One of the men in the video demanded that the South African driver who was recording the incident take the message back home to his people.

Early this morning, people set up barricades and burned tires to stop South African trucks from entering in Mozambique, allegedly in retaliation to protests in South Africa against foreigners truck drivers. I understand police is on the scene and has now restored ordered. pic.twitter.com/IHaa8V3cTI
