A Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to a report which indicates that the leader of Boko Haram sect, Abubakar Shekau, is planning to surrender to the Nigerian authorities.
KanyiDaily had reported that Shekau is allegedly negotiating for a ceasefire with the Nigerian Government in frantic efforts to seek a soft landing for his surrender.
Reacting on his Twitter page, Fani-Kayode who described Shekau as a ‘bloodsucking and flesh eating demon’, insisted that the Boko Haram leader should be killed instead of being taken as prisoner.
“I am not interested in Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau’s surrender. I am interested in them sending him to his maker and bringing his head to us on a plate. He deserves no less. You do not take blood-sucking and flesh-eating demons prisoner: you bind them and send them to hell,” he wrote.
