Justin Bieber Denies Rαpe Allegation Levelled Against Him With Receipt And Picture Evidence
Popular Canadian singer, Justin Bieber has taken to his social media page to deny the rape allegations levelled against him by an anonymous lady named Daniella.
The lady took to Twitter on Saturday, June 20, 2020, where she accused the music star of sexually assaulting her in 2014 – the year Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at the South By Southwest music festival.
According to her, she met the singer while attending an event in Texas and claimed that she and her friends were invited back to the pop star’s hotel where she was sexually assaulted without consent.
Daniella said she did not tell anyone for years, but has now had “multiple therapy sessions” and spoken to close friends and family.
These tweets have since been taken down but the screenshots of her rape accusation has continued to be shared among fans.
Reacting on his Twitter page on Monday, June 22, 2020, Justin Bieber denied the rape allegation, backing up his defence with receipts, emails, social media and press reports.
After talking with [his] wife and team, the music star gave a detailed account of his itinerary on the day the alleged sexual molestation took place.
“I don’t normally address things as I have dealt with random accusations my entire career but after talking with my wife and team I have decided to speak up on an issue tonight.
“Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse is something I don’t take lightly. I wanted to speak out right away but out of respect to so many victims who deal with these issues daily I wanted to make sure I gathered the facts before I made any statement.”
The singer posted screenshots and articles from the night the alleged 2014 assault took place, which show him with his former girlfriend Selena Gomez. He says they did not stay at the Four Seasons hotel but at an AirBnB with some friends.
He also shared a screenshot of a tweet which claimed he was spotted at the Four Seasons restaurant on 10 March, the day after the alleged assault. That Twitter account appears to have been deleted.

Furthermore I stayed with Selena and our friends at an airbnb on the 9th and on the 10th stayed at a Westin because our hotel reservation at LÀ Quinta and not the four seasons was messed up. Here are the receipts for the hotel on the 10th pic.twitter.com/hLNHnvJ6XS

We have also confirmed with the Four Seasons regional manager that I was never on property on the 9th of March 2014 and never a guest on the 9th or the 10th and I welcome all press to inquire with them if needed or wanted.

The other reason this story might say I was staying at the four seasons was because a tweet from 2014 on March 10th not the the 9th says they saw me there . This is that tweet pic.twitter.com/piTHxjajvi

Bieber said it’s impossible that his alleged incident took place, but he believes every sexual assault claim should be taken seriously. He also noted that he’s planning to take legal action against the claim.
“Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed,” he wrote. “However this story is factually impossible and that is why I will be working with twitter and authorities to take legal action.”
Justin Bieber has not responded to a second allegation from a second person known as Kadi, who claims she was assaulted in a New York hotel in May 2015.
