Some armed thugs have allegedly attacked Nigerians protesting against the extrajudicial activities of the now-defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Benin city, Edo State.
Series of photos and videos circulating on the social media indicates that one person has been killed by the weapon wielding hoodlums during the #EndSARS protest at Ring Road, Benin.
The Nigerian youths are protesting against the SARS tactical unit of the Nigerian Police Force over its brutality, illegal arrest, extortion, extra-judicial killings, among others.
