A soldier of Operation Burst in the SouthWest, has been captured on camera using a pair of scissors to cut the hair of an unidentified man in Peere, Ibadan, Oyo State.

It was gathered that the soldier allegedly harassed and extorted money from the young man before using scissors to cut his hair as could be seen in a viral video circulating the social media.

In the viral video, the young man who was allegedly accused of “indecent dressing” could be seen sitting on the bare floor, as the soldier cut his hair with the scissors.

The video sparked outrage on social media, with a large majority of Nigerians condemning the act, especially after a series of protests against brutality and harassment.

KanyiDaily had also reported how a soldier identified as Corporal Omoh F. was arrested for threatning and assaulting a lady at an ATM gallery of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) in Oshodi, Lagos State.
