The National Healthcare Primary Development Agency has released guidelines on how to register for covid 19 vaccination in Nigeria as the country few hours ago received its first batch of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
Nigeria yesterday March 2nd received 3.2million doses of AstraZeneca vaccine through the COVID-19 Vaccines Global Assess Facility (COVAX).
Step by step guide on how to register for covid vaccine in Nigeria
Step 1: Visit https://nphcda.gov.ng/
Step 2: Click on ”covid-19 vaccination e-registration” which will open up this link https://www.nphcdaict.com.ng/publicreg/
In the Registration Form for COVID-19 Vaccination, fill in;
- your full names,
- phone number,
- email address,
- date of birth,
- sex (choose if you are male or female)
- Choose the type of National Identification you have
- Your residential address
- Your LGA of residence,
- ward of residence
- Your preferred vaccination site.
- Choose your preferred vaccination date and time slot
- Upload your photo

If STEP ONE is successful, you will receive the message below;
“Registration Completed! …Your Vaccination ID is:
Your data is successfully received.
Thank you for taking time to fill the form, you will receive an SMS and email shortly containing your Vaccination No. and other instructions.”
Nigeria becomes the third African country to receive the Coronovirus vaccine. Ghana and Ivory Coast few days ago also took delivery of their first batch.
