“18 In Taraba, 9 In Abuja” – Nigeria Records 52 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Hits 165,273
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 52 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 165,273.
The NCDC made this known on Wednesday night via its official Twitter handle, where it disclosed that the new cases were recorded in 7 states including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to the new report, Taraba state led with 18 new infections, followed by FCT – with 9, Rivers – 9, Lagos – 7, Akwa Ibom – 6, Kano – 2 and Kaduna – 1.
