The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has sent a get-well-soon message to the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, who recently underwent a surgical procedure in Lagos.

The vice-president was admitted to the Duchess International Hospital GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, on July 16 on account of a fracture of his right femur (thigh bone), possibly related to a longstanding injury associated with a game of squash.
Osibanjo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande confirmed in a statement on Saturday that the vice-president is recuperating in Lagos after he underwent successful surgery to treat pain in his leg.
Reacting on his Twitter page, Tinubu who described Osinbajo as his “good friend”, prayed for a quick and uncomplicated recovery from the surgery.
He wrote: “I wish my good friend @ProfOsinbajo a quick and uncomplicated recovery as he recuperates from his recent, successful surgery. May God Almighty grant him complete healing.”
