The Delta State Police Command has declared one Kome Ogaga, a 27 years old man wanted for shooting and killing an 11 years old boy, Hossanna Merritt.
Man Shoots, Kills 11-Yr-Old Boy While Testing Locally Made Gun
Ogaga was said to have shot and killed Merritt while testing a locally made gun.
This was disclosed in a short tweet by the Delta State Police Command Spokesman, Bright Edafe on his official twitter handle on Thursday night.
He said Ogaga committed the crime on Monday, August 22.
According to Edafe, the suspect, after committing the crime, abandoned his house ran away.
He then appealed to members of the public with knowledge of his whereabout to help the police so that the deceased can get justice.
“On monday 22/8/2022, This suspect Kome ogaga age 27years while testing a locally made gun, shot and killed one 11year old boy Hossanna Merritt. The suspect abandoned his house and ran away. Pls whoever knows his whereabout should help so that the little boy can get justice,” his tweet reads.
