The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has voted in his hometown of Adamawa state.
Nigerians across the country are voting today, February 25th elect a new president and members of the national assembly.
Atiku Abubakar exercised his franchise at Ajiya 02, in Gwadabawa Ward, Yola North Local Government of Adamawa.
Atiku Abubakar spoke to newsmen after casting his vote.
He expressed optimism that the process will be hassle-free for voters.
According to him, the process was straightforward, and that he cast his vote without ambiguity.
The former vice president futther expressed optimism about succeeding President Muhammadu Buhari.
Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that a vehicle carrying electoral materials broke down along Gariki road, Enugu State.
