Nigerian music executive, Ubi Franklin has shared another cryptic message on social media following the alleged fallout with his close friend and singer, Davido.

There have been speculations of a possible crack in their friendship after was discovered on Tuesday that Davido unfollowed Franklin on his Instagram page.

Although the reason for their fallout is not yet known, Franklin was quite attached to Davido’s late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, that people began addressing him as the boy’s nanny.

Franklin confirmed his rift with Davido after he shared a cryptic post, saying that most relationships don’t die from natural causes because they are killed by a lack of loyalty, selfishness, and lies.

The music mogul has shared another cryptic post on Instagram, saying he can’t control what people do to him, but can control what he expects from them so he can’t get shocked by their behaviour.

He wrote, “Expectations controls disappointments. I can’t control what you do to me, but I can control what I expect from you. And once I found out what you are capable of doing, I lower my expectations to your capabilities so I can’t get shocked by your behavior, because I can’t control what you do, but I control what to expect because to the degree that I control what I expect. I monitor disappointment, because disappointment is the in result of lofty expectations”.

This comes barely two months after Ubi Franklin slammed those criticizing him for tattooing Davido’s late son’s nickname on his hand.
