Annie Idibia Reveals How Swanky Jerry Ended Their Friendship Over Her Scandals

Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia has revealed how her close friend and fashion designer, Swanky Jerry, distanced himself from her.

During a conversation with Nadia on the second season of the Young, Famous & African reality show, Annie Idibia tearfully shared that she believes Swanky Jerry distanced himself due to her involvement in various scandals.

Annie went on to explain how the intense scrutiny and negative attention she was receiving from blogs and media, may have prompted Jerry to disassociate himself from her.

She said, “Only he knows why he is not speaking to me. The only reason I can think of Swanky not speaking to me, maybe because I had so many scandals.

“He probably didn’t want to be affiliated with me, he didn’t want to be identified with me, because of the blogs, everything was going crazy. So, maybe he felt like my brand was gonna put dirt on his brand.”

The bond between Annie Idibia and Swanky Jerry was once inseparable during the first season of the reality show, making the rift between them all the more disheartening.
