Hilda Baci, a popular Nigerian chef, said in a recent statement that she has been polishing her cooking abilities for around 15-17 years.
During an interview, the 27-year-old CEO of “My Food By Hilda,” who is from Akwa-Ibom state, revealed this information.
Hilda Baci made headlines a few days ago when she broke a Guinness World Record and set a new one by completing 100 hours and 40 minutes of nonstop cooking as a single person. When questioned about her favourite meal during the interview, Hilda Baci revealed that her restaurant’s native rice maintains that distinction and is the greatest seller.

Hilda Baci elaborated on her culinary tastes, stating that her favourite dish to prepare is Afan soup. However, she confessed that epkangkwukwo is her least favourite dish to prepare due to the time and work necessary.
Hilda Baci emphasised the importance of having a decent saucepan, a sharp knife, and a robust chopper in her kitchen.
