American R&B singer, Chris Brown has revealed why he loves playing Afrobeats and his project with Nigerian star, Wizkid.

Speaking in a recent episode of the Million Dollarz Worth Of Game podcast, Chris Brown said he plays Afrobeats when he is not playing his own songs.
The singer added that the music genre deserves all the global accolades it’s getting and he loves how the African sound is blossoming.
He also revealed that he and Wizkid have recorded an album that is completely made up of Afrobeats songs.
Chris Brown said, “If I’m not playing my music, I play Afrobeats. I love how the genre is blossoming and all the recognitions is dope.
“I have been listening to [afrobeats] for a while. Me and Wiz [Wizkid] we got like an afrobeats-type song on my album [Breezy].”
