Controversial Real Estate company Adron Homes on Sunday, June 25, 2023,  took media practitioners on a tour of their estates in Shimawa, Ogun State.

The tour provided them an opportunity to witness the company’s infrastructure projects and explore its diverse range of housing options. From essential community facilities to unique amenities, Adron Homes demonstrated their commitment to creating a thriving and affordable living environment for residents in Shimawa.

During the tour, Adron Homes revealed that the company had constructed a police station in Shimawa, because there was no way they’ll bring in residents to a place without adequate security.

They emphasized their dedication to residents’ safety and security and vowed that nothing will ever jeopardize that..

The presence of training schools within their estates further highlights the company’s commitment to providing holistic community infrastructure.

Illuminating the Way:

Adron Homes demonstrated their attention to detail and community development by installing light poles throughout Shimawa. This initiative not only enhances the aesthetics of the area but also improves safety and visibility, particularly during nighttime hours.

Recreational Activities:

The company’s dedication to providing a wholesome living experience was highlighted during the tour, as residents have access to the Olori Aderonke Emmanuel Recreational Park—a free amenity within the estate. 

Bold Estate: A Vision for Housing:

Adron Homes showcased their plans for the future Bold Estate, designed exclusively for housing purposes. Although construction has not commenced, this upcoming project further exemplifies the company’s commitment to expanding their offerings and meeting the diverse housing needs of the community.

Adron Homes refuted the allegations that the company does not allocate.

According to the company, reports of alleged non-allocation are misleading, as individuals who have not paid their developmental charges are yet to receive their allocated lands.
