Davido’s Manager, Asa Asika Claims He Pay Salaries To 100 People Every Month [Video]

Asa Asika, the manager of Nigerian superstar Davido, has shared his journey of success, highlighting that he achieved a significant milestone in his career without possessing a university degree.

During an interview with social media influencer Smart Money Arese, Davido’s manager revealed that despite lacking a formal degree, he is responsible for paying the monthly salaries of over a hundred employees.

Asa Asika explained that success can be attained through alternative paths, debunking the notion that formal education is the sole route to achieving professional accomplishments.

He said, “Everyone’s story is different, everyone’s path is different, people always feel as if you have to go a certain way to get a certain goal.

“One of my companies pays 45 people’s salaries a month and that’s only one of the companies I run. If I do the maths, I probably pay about 100 people salaries a month and I have no degree”.

Asa Asika also expressed that he has no regrets about not having a degree, pointing out that some of his close friends, who are highly educated with PhDs, are earning meager incomes through regular 9-to-5 jobs.

The manager said, “Without being condescending or trying to sound cocky, I have friends who have gone to school and have PhDs now and they are working a 9 to 5 and making peanuts.”

He added that his achievements in the music industry and his ability to provide employment and financial stability for a significant number of individuals demonstrate the power of determination, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
